Website Design & Development

The goal was to design a modern, responsive, and professional website that represents KNY Group’s expertise in engineering, fabrication, and industrial solutions. The focus was on clean design, clear navigation, and smooth performance across all devices for a strong corporate identity.

a. Research & Planning

I analyzed top industrial and fabrication company websites to understand their structure, content flow, and visual hierarchy. Based on the research, I created a layout including Home, Services, Projects, Gallery, About, and Contact pages.
A simple wireframe and sitemap were prepared to ensure easy navigation and a professional look that fits the industrial domain.

b. Design & Development

The website was developed on WordPress + Elementor Pro, using the Astra theme for fast and reliable performance. Custom sections were created for service categories, project showcases, and client inquiry forms. Visuals, banners, and icons were designed in Canva and Photoshop, and contact forms were integrated for seamless communication and lead generation.

For speed and stability, I used WP Rocket, Smush, and Cloudflare CDN for caching and compression. The site achieved a 96% performance score on GTmetrix and 97/100 (Desktop) on Google PageSpeed. Security measures like SSL and Wordfence were implemented to ensure safe browsing and protect client data.

I tested all pages on mobile, tablet, and desktop to confirm responsiveness and design consistency. CTAs, navigation menus, and inquiry forms were optimized for higher engagement and conversion. These updates helped reduce the bounce rate by 30% and improved the average session duration by 40%.
